Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis teologi kerja sehingga dapat memacu semangat umat Islam dan rakyat Indonesia pada khususnya, melalui upaya pemasyarakatan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadist yang berisi ajakan-ajakan untuk bekerja keras, demi kehidupan yang lebih layak.

Abstract

The research on verse 24 of the letter an-Nisa ' and hadis apostles about mut'ah marriage (contract marriage) has received the attention of the Sunni scholars as the study of exegesis and sharh hadith of the Prophet which stipulates that mut'ah marriage is illegitimate. It is a benchmark for the opinion of the Syi’ah who claimed that mut'ah marriage (contract marriage) is kosher. Syi’ah also accused some Sunni scholars have done foolishness by reading books of tafsir and hadith sharh Sunnis to deceive the public. Keywords : Mut'ah Marriage, an-Nisa ' 24

Abstract

The modern political thought in the Islamic world has developed since the Islamic countries came into contact with the Western world, especially when the Islamic world fell into the Western imperialism. There are three factors influencing the contemporary Islamic thought: the decline of the Islamic world caused by the internal factors; the Western harassment toward the integration of political regional power in the Islamic world; and the Western supremacy in science, technology, and organization.Three factors undoubtly influence the orientation of the Islamic political thinkers in facing the new era. However, it is also these three factors that cause the diversity of the Islamic political thoughts with modern perception. How have the Islamic political thinkers behaved to the phenomena? This paper is trying to find out the leading thread of the political patterns that have developed since that era. Keyword : Modern political, Islamic world, western world

Abstract

Paper ini berusaha menelaah dan memahami dinamika kata tsaqofah yang variatif maknanya serta beberapa istilah populer lain yang erat kaitannya dengan tsaqofah, seperti khadharah, tarbiyah, din, nidzom, qimah, idiologi dan filsafat, karena pada gilirannya nanti akan membawa pada sebuah kesimpulan, bahwa seluruh kata-kata populer tersebut secara signifikan mewarnai terbentuknya paradigma tsaqofah (kebudayaan) kontemporer, yang seluruhnya sudah dijelaskan di dalam Alqur’an, baik secara eksplisit maupun emplisit. Abstract

Fisafat sebagai disiplin ilmu memiliki usia yang sangat tua, kajian ini telah ada pada era Yunani kuno sejak abad ke-5 SM dan pada abad ke-8 masehi masuk dalam tradisi Islam. Sejak timbulnya, hingga memasuki zaman sekarang ini, filsafat telah mengalami masa jaya sekaligus masa-masa kelabu, hingga akhirnya kita dihadapkan pada realita, apakah filsafat masih relefan dalam era cyber yang mulai menguapkan batas jarak dan waktu ini, bila ia dianggap relefan, seperti apa format terbaik untuk tetap berfilsafat di masa kini, hal ini-lah yang ingin digali dalam pembahasan “Berfilsafat di Era Teknologi”. Abstract

Religious education and national interest often interrelate that its long process leads to an unpredicted outcome or side effects in the future. This paper seeks to analyse the unawareness between religious denominations, particularly Muslims and Christians in Indonesia which may be resulted by the religious education programmes and state policy involvement. A variety of literary sources is used to support the argument that religious harmony in Indonesia is not based on people’s self open-mindedness but more on the state authority’s strategy to advocate stability and coexistence between religions. Finally, it is suggested that the tolerance between religious communities should be motivated instead by a process of learning and acquiring knowledge of themselves and others by deepening their understanding of each and other’s faith.
